Harrogate Sausage Company – Luxury Spa Breaks Competition

Terms & Conditions

1.        Promoter
The promoter is: Harrogate Sausage Company,[Lime Lane, Kirklington, Bedale, DL8 2NU] in collaboration with Classic British Hotels [Classic British Hotels, The Mayford Centre, Mayford Green, Woking, Surrey, GU22 0PP].

Eligibility

·      The competition is open to all UK mainland residents over the age of 18. 

·      Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of its group companies or their families or households or anyone professionally connected to this competition are not eligible to enter. 

·      No proof of purchase is necessary to enter.

2.        How to Enter
To enter, participants must visit the competition landing page [https://theharrogatesausageco.co.uk] and complete the entry form in full. Entry requires the provision of contact details. Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary.

3.        Competition Period
The promotion opens on [insert start date] and closes on [insert closing date]. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

Prizes

·      There are four (4) prizes to be won, all provided by Classic British Hotels and each with an estimated RRP of £300 or more:

Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf & Spa, Durham

o   1 x Twilight Overnight Stay for Two (Mon–Sun):
• Premier Bedroom Stay
• Full Spa Access (5:30pm–9:30pm)
• 2-Course Dinner at Fusion Restaurant

o   2 x Sparkling Afternoon Tea Spa Day for Two (Tue–Thu):
• Spa Use (9am–3pm)
• Sparkling Afternoon Tea with Asian twist

Gisborough Hall, Guisborough

o   1 x Luxury Revival Break for Two:
• 3-Course Dinner, Bed & Breakfast in Old Hall Feature Room
• Treatment for each guest in the Revival Zone

4.        Prize Conditions

·       All prizes are valid for 12 months from the date winner details are received.

·       Prizes are subject to availability and blackout dates.

·       No cash alternative or exchange is available.

·       Travel to and from the venue is not included.

·       Winners must book directly with the hotel, quoting the reference provided.

·       Supplements apply.

7.        Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the competition closing. Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided and must respond within 5 working days to claim their prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.

8.        Data Protection & Marketing Opt-in
By entering this competition, participants agree to the processing of their personal data by the Harrogate Sausage Company for the purpose of competition administration.

Separate opt-in options will be provided on the entry form to receive marketing communications from:

·       Ramside Hall Hotel

·       Gisborough Hall Hotel

Opting in is entirely optional and will not affect your entry. Participants can unsubscribe at any time.

9.        General

·       The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice due to circumstances beyond their control.

·       The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

·       This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network.

·       Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
