The Ultimate Pub Burger

Ingredients:
2 The Harrogate Ultimate Beef Burgers
8 slices of streaky bacons
2 brioche buns, split
2-4 slices of cheese
1 large fresh tomato and ¼ onion sliced
A few lettuce leaves
Instructions:
Cook the streaky bacon in a griddle pan until golden, set them aside to cool and crisp up.
In the same pan, grill the burgers 2 to 4 minutes on each side, until nicely browned.
Toast the buns on the grill for a better flavour.
Assemble the burgers with ketchup (brown sauce, mustards or any sauce that you desire), serve with chunky chips on the side.
