The Ultimate Pub Burger

Ingredients

  • 2 The Harrogate Ultimate Beef Burgers 

  • 8 slices of streaky bacons  

  • 2 brioche buns, split 

  • 2-4 slices of cheese 

  • 1 large fresh tomato and ¼ onion sliced  

  • A few lettuce leaves  

 

Instructions

  1. Cook the streaky bacon in a griddle pan until golden, set them aside to cool and crisp up. 

  1. In the same pan, grill the burgers 2 to 4 minutes on each side, until nicely browned. 

  1. Toast the buns on the grill for a better flavour. 

  1. Assemble the burgers with ketchup (brown sauce, mustards or any sauce that you desire), serve with chunky chips on the side.
